Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to bookings and payments made for LensStory (“we”, “us”, “our”) photography services. It works together with our Terms & Conditions. By making a booking or payment, you agree to this policy.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All payments made to secure a booking (advance, partial, or full payment as applicable) are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by you, change of mind, or inability to use our services for any reason. Please ensure you are certain of your booking before making any payment.

Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing (email or message) as soon as possible. As stated above, any amount already paid will not be refunded. We may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, allow you to reschedule your session to a different date instead of cancelling (see Rescheduling below). We are not obliged to offer a reschedule.

Cancellation by LensStory
If we are unable to provide the agreed services (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or force majeure), we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases we may offer to reschedule your session to a mutually agreed date, or, where rescheduling is not possible, we may refund the amount paid for that booking. This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be made.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling of your session to another date may be permitted at our discretion, subject to our availability. You must request a reschedule in writing. We may charge an administrative or rescheduling fee. If you reschedule or cancel and we have already incurred non-recoverable costs (e.g., travel, permits), those costs may remain payable by you as agreed or communicated at the time of booking.

Payment and Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance or full payment. Until payment is received, we do not guarantee availability for your chosen date. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Once paid, amounts are non-refundable as per this policy.
